On Tuesday, May 7, the Filipina celebrity mom penned a wonderful birthday message for her Mama Helen, which went viral.

In her social media post, Ciara called her mother "the most beautiful woman on Earth" and said the latter is the epitome of elegance.

According to Ciara, she is extremely blessed to be her daughter and said that God really loves her because He made Helen her mother.

Ciara Sotto is the youngest daughter of actress Helen Gamboa-Sotto and Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto III. She married businessman Jojo Oconer in 2010 with whom she has a son born in March 2015. Ciara is a singer and pole dancer.
