Kapamilya actor and recording artist Daniel Padilla has turned 29 years old last Friday, April 26.

He celebrated his birthday at a lovely birthday party joined by his loved ones.

Photos and videos showing glimpses into the fun celebration have surfaced all over social media.

Some of the videos of the event that went viral show Daniel singing alongside a band.

As per the videos shared by @jaix_16 on TikTok, among the songs he performed were Rivermaya’s “214” and “Hinahanap-Hanap Kita,” and Rico Blanco’s “Antukin.”

Furthermore, attendees of the party could also be heard singing along with the actor.

Daniel John Ford Padilla, more popularly known to his fans and in the entertainment industry as Daniel Padilla or DJ, is a multi-awarded Pinoy actor, recording artist, model, and product endorser. He was born on April 26, 1995 to actor Rommel Padilla and actress Karla Estrada. As an actor, DJ has received numerous awards in both television and film. His former girlfriend is superstar actress Kathryn Bernardo.

His sister, Magui Ford, took to social media and greeted Daniel on his 29th birthday. On her Instagram page, Magui shared a carousel of photos showing some of her heartwarming moments with Daniel. In the caption, she penned a short but sweet message to her brother.

Earlier, in an interview with MJ Felipe, the actor also revealed that he preferred making meaningful movies now that he’s solo. The actor made the revelation in a one-on-one interview with MJ after the former’s contract signing ceremony with ABS-CBN. During the interview, MJ asked Daniel if he somehow felt “naninibago” now that he’s solo and the projects he’ll be doing forward are all about him. DJ answered he doesn’t feel “naninibago,” but rather felt different and then went on to say his preference when it comes to movie projects.
