Pokwang, in an interview in "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, revealed her reaction to the deportation of her ex-partner, Lee O'Brian.

The comedienne, now in a seemingly more subdued tone, said that the deportation would be for the good of both of them.

She also underscored that it would allow her and Lee to better provide for their child.

Pokwang also noted that if Lee would just stay in the Philippines, he would also not be able to provide for Malia since he would not be able to find work in the country.

Pokwang, or Marietta Subong in real life, is popularly known for her antics as comedienne, TV host, actress, and performer. Her talent gave her the chance to be part of several TV shows like Wowowee, Pilipinas Win na Win, and Happy Yipee Yehey, where she acted as one of the hosts. She gave birth to Francine Malia O'Brian in Antipolo City way back in January of 2018.

Recently, Pokwang was interviewed by Aiko Melendez, for the latter's vlog, where she asked the comedienne if she sees that future moment where she can already forgive persons who hurt her and her daughters. According to Pokwang, she things it take a long time for such things to happen because the person who did wrong to her never even got to say sorry to her. She said that in six years, the person she's referring to has never apologized to her. It was during this moment that Pokwang was unable to keep her emotions hidden and she suddenly cried.

In another interview, this time with Jovi Vargas TV, Pokwang admitted that she unfollowed some friends on social media because it was necessary. According to the comedienne, she doesn't want as friends those whom she referred to as "enabler" of people like her ex. She also said she learned a lot from what happened to her. the comedienne then hinted that one only has to look at her friends and see if they were among those unfollowed by Pokwang.
