- Max Collins, in an ambush interview recently with members of the media, admitted she’s already contemplating on filing a divorce against her estranged husband, Pancho Magno

Max Collins, in a recent ambush interview with members of the press, admitted she’s already thinking about filing a divorce against her estranged husband, Pancho Magno.

“Because I'm an American citizen, I'll divorce,” Max said during the interview.

In the interview, which was then aired on the “Chika Minute” segment of the news show “24 Oras,” Max said she’s come to realize that marriage isn’t for everyone.

“Ako, I don't believe in marriage. No, I'm sorry, I don't. I mean, I don't personally. I believe in marriage for everyone else. I think for me, I feel like hindi 'yun 'yung basehan of what love means to be married, no. You can still love each other and be together without being married,” the actress said.

“It's really a commitment, so even if you are marrying each other, that doesn't mean you'll be together forever,” she added.

She also said that for her, marriage doesn’t mean the couple really loves each other because relationship is really about commitment to be together.

When asked if she has already filed for divorce, the Kapuso actress answered in the negative.

“It's not active as of now. But soon; we already talked about it, that's something we're working on,” she said.

Max admitted though that while she and her husband already parted ways, they’re still okay with each other.

“We're good, we're great. It really works for us, very healthy, and we're both happy and our son is very happy, so really it worked out for the best,” Max said.

Max Collins and Pancho Magno tied the knot on December 11, 2017 in front of their friends and family at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. The former couple got engaged in May 2017. They had been a couple for four years already before their wedding. Max and Pancho have one child named Skye Anakin. Max gave birth to their baby boy at home on July 6, 2020 through water birth.

Early this year, Max reacted positively and commented on the post of Sarah Lahbati. On her Instagram page, Sarah shared a set of lovely photos, which seemed to be captured in her new home. In the photos, Sarah could be seen gorgeously posing for mirror selfies. In the post’s comments section, Max could not help gushing over her fellow celebrity mom’s snaps.

Several months ago, Max also reacted to the alleged post of @missuniversosv. It is worth noting that @missuniversosv is Miss Universe's El Salvador page, where the pageant is being held. On her Instagram page, Max reposted a post by Heyadamg showing the alleged screenshot made by the page. In the alleged screenshot, it could be seen that Michelle Dee was part of the Top 5 and not Thailand.
