Sarah Lahbati, in a recent post on Instagram Stories, shared a meaningful quote about how exhausting it sometimes is to be strong.

The quote then continued to say that under the circumstance, one might pretend he or she is okay and then put on a brave face as expected by people around him or her.

“Being the 'strong one is exhausting,” the quote said at the outset.

“Pretending we're ok and putting on a facade is what we're expected to do,” it added.

It was then pointed out by the said quote that it is being sensitive can sometimes be a gift.

“Why sensitivity is actually a gift,” the quote pointed out.

At the top of the quote that Sarah shared on IG Stories, one can find a caption that the actress might have added herself and is talking about being connected to oneself.

“To feel in a world that is so shut down and repressed means we're still connected to ourselves,” the caption on the quote card that Sarah shared on socmed.

Sarah Lahbati, or Sarah Alzol Lahbati, is a Filipino-Moroccan actress and performer who gained popularity as one of the finalists in the 5th season of "StarStruck," a Philippine talent search show broadcasted on GMA Network. She was hailed as the StarStruck V's Ultimate Female Survivor. Sarah tied the knot with actor Richard Gutierrez in a lovely civil wedding ceremony on March 14, 2020.

On Instagram Stories, she shared a collage that contains snaps captured on the set of “Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa.” Her co-stars Gardo Versoza and Kiko Estrada are spotted in the snaps. The said show is TV5’s series adaptation of the 1986 movie of the same title.

Meanwhile, a couple of days ago, Sarah and actress Gabbi Garcia were spotted with South Korean actress Mun Ka Young in Singapore. The two Filipina actresses attended the launch of a travel brand’s latest collection of women’s handbags. During the event, Sarah and Gabbi posed for a photo with the K-drama actress, the ambassador of the new handbag line.
