In a recent video interview with ABS-CBN News, actress Claudine Barretto shared her joy over the reconciliation between her niece, Julia Barretto, and fellow actress Bea Alonzo. The heartening moment took place at a tribute party honoring the legendary star-maker Johnny Manahan, where Bea and Julia were spotted laughing and enjoying each other's company.

The rift between Bea and Julia originated from past events involving Bea's former boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, who allegedly ghosted Bea before beginning a relationship with Julia. Despite the past tensions, Bea and Julia have seemingly set aside their differences. Julia remains in a relationship with Gerald, while Bea has moved on.

In her interview, Claudine expressed her happiness at witnessing Bea and Julia's reconciliation, highlighting her initial concerns about the event. Claudine commended Bea for her maturity, and Julia for her courage.

Claudine said: “Sobrang na-happy ako doon. That was what I was worried about that night. Knowing Julia, hindi iyan matapang.

"Hindi iyan parang ako, ayaw nga niyan umakyat ng stage. Nahihiya. Hindi ko alam, basta. Sinabi ko na, hindi, sama siya sa akin.

“Pero knowing Bea also, alam ko wala na iyon sa kanya,”

Bea Alonzo, or Phylbert Angelli Ranollo Fagestrom in real life, is a Pinay actress, model, and former singer. She was born on October 17, 1987, in the Philippines to a British father and a Filipina mother. She shot to superstardom due to her movies with John Lloyd Cruz. She used to be engaged to Dominic Roque but they parted ways before any wedding happened.

According to Bea, Singapore is one of her favorite travel destinations of all time. She also mentioned how they celebrated Chinese New Year in the aforementioned country.

Meanwhile, Bea Alonzo just posted a greeting for Valentine's Day. She greeted everyone on the special day meant to celebrate love. "Today's snaps. Happy Valentine's Day everyone," she wrote. The actress posted a photo of a roof with some palm trees, a photo of her hugging her dog, a cake in a tub, and a clip from "Brave."
