Donna Cruz is part of DoReMi, which is a 1996 musical comedy film about three friends who developed a strong friendship as they go through life's difficulties as a musical trio. The title is a play on the musical notes, as well as the first two letters of the leads' names - Donna Cruz, Regine Velasquez, Mikee Cojuangco.

In a previous report by KAMI, Sunshine Cruz, Geneva Cruz and Donna Cruz reunited virtually to sing "You're In Love" by the Wilson Philipps to their supporters.
