She also called Jaclyn as one who had a “remarkable soul” and “exceptional talent.”
The media executive also referred to the late actress as a bright star who was gone too soon.

Charo then recalled the many times Jaclyn guested on several MMK episodes that the veteran media executive hosts.
“Remembering a bright star gone too soon I bid farewell to a remarkable soul whose exceptional talent graced the small screen in MMK episodes I’ve had the privilege to host,” Charo wrote in her post.
She then shared a couple of screenshots of MMK episodes that Jaclyn graced as cast.
“Here are just a few moments that barely capture her brilliance—an actress whose performances captivated our hearts,” the media executive further wrote.
Charo then pointed out that the last photo she shared along with the screenshots is one of triumph, saying that Jaclyn’s warmth, professionalism, and respect set her apart from others.
“The final photo celebrates the journey we shared. More than the accolades, it was her warmth, professionalism, and respect that truly set her apart,” she said.
The media executive then heaped accolades on Jaclyn as her final tribute, and then finally bade her farewell and expressed condolences to those the veteran multi-awarded actress left behind.
“From stealing scenes to stealing a piece of history as the first Southeast Asian ‘Best Actress’ awardee at Cannes, her legacy transcends borders. You made us proud. Rest in peace, my dear Jane. Your memory will forever be treasured. My deepest condolences to all her loved ones ,” Charo wrote.
Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, also known by her stage name Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino cinema and TV actress who had earned international critical acclaim. Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma' Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.
Jaclyn died at the age of 60. Her impact on the entertainment industry has left an aching pain in many of netizens' hearts, who have come to love the actress.
