In her post, Danica talked about the common experience of feeling down and powerless when things don't go as planned.

She reminds her followers to take a moment to breathe and find the strength to keep moving forward.

"When we are in a challenging situation it’s normal to feel down and powerless. Yung na stuck ka dahil nagulo ang plan mo or nasira . Hayyy.. ganyan ang buhay pero laban lang! Just breathe in and breathe out. Remember that we always have a choice to get back up. The fact na you woke up today means another day to make things better and another chance to keep moving forward on this beautiful journey called life," Danica wrote.

Danica Sotto-Pingris is the daughter of popular actor-comedian and TV host, Vic Sotto, with veteran actress Dina Bonnevie. She was born on May 9, 1983 in Manila. Danica tied the knot with former basketball player, Marc Pingris, in 2007. Danica and Marc already have three children — Jean Michel, Anielle Micaela and Jean-Luc. The couple welcomed their youngest child just last January.
