"When we are in a challenging situation it’s normal to feel down and powerless. Yung na stuck ka dahil nagulo ang plan mo or nasira . Hayyy.. ganyan ang buhay pero laban lang! Just breathe in and breathe out. Remember that we always have a choice to get back up.
