Eddie Gutierrez, who recently turned another year older and wiser, received tons of birthday greetings online.

Among those who took to social media to greet the veteran Filipino actor was Lorin Bektas, the eldest daughter of Ruffa Gutierrez.

On Instagram Stories, Lorin wished her grandfather a happy birthday and reiterated how much she loves him.

“Happy birthday lolo!!! I love you so much.”

Lorin continued, “Thank you for teaching me everything I know about the Lakers and Elvis Presley.”

Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez, more popularly known as Ruffa Gutierrez, is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella, and Venezia Loran, with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.

Recently, Ruffa uploaded a series of photos she had taken with her dad. In the photos, Eddie Gutierrez could be seen smiling with his daughter. Ruffa also penned a sweet birthday message for her dad on his 82nd birthday. Meanwhile, Ruffa Gutierrez, in one of her latest online posts, showed support for Alexa Gutierrez. Alexa, who is Elvis Gutierrez's wife, is currently fighting a battle with leukemia. On Instagram, the actress and former beauty queen reposted Alexa's post about seeing chunks of her hair fall. This prompted Ruffa to show her support for Alexa, calling the latter a warrior.
