Pokwang, in her recent social media post, apologized to the people at the Bureau of Immigration (BI), including the people, for her earlier comments.
On Instagram, Pokwang published a lengthy post where she penned her honest thoughts, and expressed her gratitude to the people at the BI.
According to Pokwang, while her feelings remain valid, she shouldn't have said a lot of hurtful words to other people, especially those at the BI.

By the end of her post, Pokwang not only apologized to the people at BI, but also apologized to the public for the hurtful words she hurled at them.
