Kim Chiu, a prominent actress in Philippine show business, virtually attended the media press conference of her series, Linlang.

At the press conference, Kim was asked about her thoughts on whether or not one should be friends with their ex-partner.

In the report done by Bandera, Kim said that all wounds don't heal easily, referring to her, Paulo Avelino, and JM de Guzman's characters.

"Lahat naman ng sugat hindi naman siya agad-agad gumagaling. So lahat ng panloloko, hindi mo kaagad mapapatawad. So I think it involves time and acceptance," she said.

Bandera also continued with Kim, saying that consideration must be made should there be a child involved in the picture between partners.

"Dapat may consideration din na kasama sa time and acceptance para sa anak niyo kasi para hindi naman sila ma-trauma," Kim said.

Kim also explained that one should set aside the hate and go through the process of healing since ex-partners won't click immediately.

"I-set aside na yung hate, kasi dadaan talaga sa ganyang proseso kasi hindi naman siya in one click mapapatawad mo at nagbati na kayo para sa anak niyo," Kim said in the report done by Bandera.
