Maine Mendoza, a Filipina actress and TV host, stirred social media buzz after responding to a netizen's tweet on the app X.

On Friday, January 12, Maine responded to a netizen's post where they pointed out Maine's outfit.

"Ito yung Zara Green dress sa prenup shoot nila ni hubby niya. Ang babaeng walang paki kahit ulit-ulitin ang damit on and off cam," the netizen wrote.

Eventually, Maine took notice of this and expressed her curiosity as to why people make it a big deal when other people repeat clothes.

"Ang tagal ko nang curious! Hindi ko gets yung big deal sa iba ang pag ulit ng damit ng public figures. Hehe serious question.. may issue ba sa pag ulit ng damit?" she asked.

Nicomaine Dei Capili Mendoza, more popularly known as Maine Mendoza, is a Pinay actress, model, and TV host. Maine rose to prominence after her Dubsmash videos went viral, which helped her land a role as Yaya Dub in the country’s longest-running noontime show, "Eat Bulaga." She eventually landed roles in various movies and TV series, with one of them helping her win Best Supporting Actress during the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival. The actress is now married to actor-politician Arjo Atayde.

Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza took to X to celebrate with TVJ Productions. Earlier, it was reported that TVJ Productions won the trademark case over 'Eat Bulaga.' On X, Maine expressed her utmost joy and support for TVJ and even reposted viral videos. According to Maine, despite being absent from the show, she too is "nakiki-bulaga" with them.
