Ogie Diaz, sabi umano ng source niya ukol sa pahayag ni Claudine Barretto: “Wala raw katotohanan”

Ogie Diaz, in the most recent episode of “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Updates,” revealed what a source told him about the claims recently made by Claudine Barretto against Raymart Santiago in an interview with Luis Manzano.

Raymart is the estranged husband of Claudine. They got married on March 27, 2006, but parted ways several years later.

In a report by The Philippine Star on November 16 of last year, Claudine said that the annulment case of their marriage is ongoing.

In the recent episode of “Ogie Diaz Showbiz Updates,” Mama Ogs said he tried reaching out to Raymart, though was unable to get a reaction from him regarding the claims of his estranged wife.

Ogie said he then tried to do some sleuthing until he found a source knowledgeable about the goings-on between the ex-couple.

“May nakausap ako mula sa kampo ng kabila. Hindi si Raymart. Kasi itinitext ko si Raymart hindi sumasagot. So bilang marites, nagsaliksik ako, so yun nga yung sinasabi ng nakausap ko, na wala raw katotohanan lahat ng sinasabi ni Claudine,” Ogie said quoting his source.

He then said that his source told him it was Raymart who filed an annulment case against Claudine and that the claims of the actress about the 25K balance in the bank needed to be proven in court.

“Dahil ang nagsampa raw ng annulment ay si Raymart Santiago. Yung sinasabi ni Claudine daw na 25K na lang yung natira o iniwan ni Raymart sa kanya ay dapat daw i-prove ni Claudine sa korte,” the showbiz reporter said.

“Dahil sa sampu raw na sinabi ni Claudine, ito ayon sa source ko ha, ay labing-isa ang mali. Hindi totoo daw yung di nagbibigay ng sustento si Raymart,” he added.

Mama Ogs then said that his source is wondering why Claudine is saying all these on social media instead of filing a complaint if she believes she has a case against Raymart.

“Nagtataka yung kausap ko, bakit daw sa social media nagsusumbong si Claudine. Bakit daw hindi niya i-file kung may kaso siya kay Raymart. Si Raymart ang nag file raw ng annulment,” the showbiz reporter said.

“Pag ikaw yung nag file ng annulment, ikaw yung maraming gustong sabihin, maraming gustong patunayan, may mga hawak na ebidensya,” he further said.

“Si Claudine daw ang nag-file ng VAWC kay Raymart, ito ay dinismiss ng korte. Hindi daw inaatenan ni Claudine ang hearing kaya na-dismiss ng korte,” Ogie said.

Claudine Barretto is a well-known Filipina actress who is known for her dramatic skills. She married Raymart Santiago in 2006, but they separated in 2013. Sabina, Santino, Quia, and Noah are the actress' four children.

In her interview with Luis Manzano for the latter’s vlog, Claudine shared her fight to win back the money that she says is for her children. She said that aside from properties she intends to take back from Raymart, she claimed she aspires to recover allegedly hundreds of millions of pesos from her estranged husband. It was during this interview that Clau said her husband left her with only P25,000 in the bank despite the supposedly huge savings she had. She also said Raymart was unable to comply with his alimony obligations to their kids, which is the reason why she’s now fighting to recover the allegedly millions of pesos from him.
