Carmina Villarroel, in a recent post on Instagram, said that her eyes became so swollen because of profuse crying while watching the movie “When I Met You In Tokyo.”

Mina also revealed that her husband, Zoren Legaspi who was watching the movie with her, also kept crying.

“We watched When I Met you in Tokyo last night. I was speechless and lost for words. Mapapa ngiti ka, kikiligin, matatawa at iiyak,” Mina said in her post.

“As you can see, maga po mga mata ko. Zoren and I kept crying. Grabe!” she added.

The celebrity mom and actress then invited everyone to watch the movie, saying that Vilma Santos and Christopher De Leon, who portrayed the main characters, were really good.

She also said that while the story may be simple, it pierces the heart.

“Hope you guys can watch this movie. As expected, super galing po ni Ate Vi and Kuya Boyet. Super natural po talaga nila. The story is simple pero tagos sa puso,” the celebrity mom and actress said.

Mina then congratulated the cast of the movie, which included her daughter Cassy Legaspi, for their skill in acting.
