Ronaldo Valdez's good friend, Gloria Diaz, has recently expressed her disbelief over the former's death in an interview on December 17.

Just recently, ABS-CBN News managed to interview the veteran actress, who expressed her sadness over Ronaldo's sudden passing.

During the interview, the former beauty queen recalled her last taping day with the late actor, saying that Ronaldo was very sad that day.

"He was very sad. Lahat kami nagmamadali, pero siya he was very sentimental. He was very sad. He hugged me so tight," she told ABS-CBN News.

She then revealed that Ronaldo messaged her a few times after taping, asking her to hang out with him. However, she wasn't able to do so due to MMFF.

"He had been texting, 'Oh lunch dinner, oh kailan.' But I was so busy doing Mallari, so I said, 'Ron, Ron, after I finish Mallari, which is right after Christmas, I'll not go out of town, so we'll see you,'" she recalled.

During the interview with ABS-CBN News, Gloria expressed her disbelief over the sudden passing of one of her good friends in the showbiz industry.

"Actually, 'til now, I'm still in that disbelief. 'Cause I know Ronnie to always be in a happy mood. What now? He didn't even say goodbye," she said.

During the interview, Cristy frankly asked Jamela how she felt when the video of the actor was leaked and posted online.

Meanwhile, Jake Cuenca, a Filipino actor, expressed his sadness on social media. On his Instagram page, Jake mourned the passing of Ronaldo Valdez, a veteran actor. According to Jake, Ronaldo's passing is a huge loss to the showbiz industry. He also shared their last conversation on social media on his Instagram stories.
