Following this news, Alex published a series of posts containing stunning photos of herself, where she flexed her new nose, earning praise online.

However, one specific comment had amused netizens on social media, that being Sen. Loren's honest, baffled comment about Alex's post.

"Dear, what do you mean? Please explain," Sen. Loren wrote to which Alex responded, "Ito talaga repapips ko. Bukas I'll explain to you face-to-face."
