On Friday, December 1, Gretchen took to X and penned a heartbreaking note about the well-loved couple's confirmed breakup.

According to Gretchen, it was one of the most difficult and emotional news she's ever had to report on, especially since it was "7 pages long."

"Kathryn Bernardo & Daniel Padilla officially announced their break up on Instagram. In my 13 years anchoring for Star Patrol @TVPatrol their break up is one of the most difficult & emotional news items that I had to report on. Not to mention that it was 7 pages long," she wrote.

Earlier on Thursday, November 30, Kathryn and Daniel made headlines when they both released their official statements about their breakup.

Gretchen Fullido is a Kapamilya news anchor who is part of TV Patrol. She is the one who handles showbiz news. She gained popularity for her hosting the segment in the said program. Gretchen also was among the popular hosts in talk shows and sports events.

She was really thankful to the veterinarian who delivered the two dogs through a cesarean operation on her dog, Khaleesi. The two puppies were a perfect pair — one girl and a boy. She even asked netizens for suggestions on what she would be naming them.
