Jane De Leon, in a recent ambush interview with members of the press, expressed her opinion as regards “GL relationships.”

During the early part of the interview, Jane gamely answered questions about her and Janella Salvador being paired by their fans.

She said that fans would combine their names, similar to what showbiz loveteams have.

“Una, Darnatina, tapos JaneNella,” Jane revealed.

The actress was then asked on how both of them took it.

“Masaya kami. Kinikilig kaming dalawa. Bagay tayo no?” she answered.

Then, a member of the press asked her if one of them asked the other if she had already “developed” feelings for her.

“Wala naman kayong warning na mamaya magkadevelopan ha? Di ka ba nadedevelop sa akin? Walang ganun?” the member of the press said.

Jane then jokingly answered there is one instance, adding that she must be handsome.

“May instance na ‘wag ka ma-inlove sa akin ha!’ Kasi pogi ako,” the actress said.

When asked if Janella has a tendency to fall in love with her, Jane answered in the negative, although she expressed her opinion on such ‘GL relationships’.

“Ah hindi. Pero sa amin kasi "it's human" tao tayo eh kapag may naramdaman tayo, di naman natin mapipigilan eh, ang hirap pigilan kapag may naramdaman tayo,” she said.

When asked if she’s okay with the said setup, Jane answered with an explanation.

“It's a feeling, diba? Kapag may naramdaman ka, pag-usapan niyo. If mag-work, mag-work, pag hindi, eh di hindi. Eh di next chapter,” Jane said.

Jane de Leon is a gorgeous Filipina actress and model. Jane used to be a member of the girl group GirlTrends, which regularly performed on "It’s Showtime." She also appeared on high-profile projects such as "Halik," "La Luna Sangre," "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," and "Mars Ravelo's Darna" series.

In the same ambush interview, Jane also revealed she’s willing to star in a GL movie project with Janella. She clarified, however, that her management won't allow her to do such project for now because she has brands to protect. The actress also answered questions regarding fans trying to pair them together. As to how she receives such news, the ‘Darna’ star said both of them are happy and excited, adding that they’re a perfect fit to each other.

Recently, the actress marked her 25th birthday, which was Wednesday, November 22. Janella was among those who sent birthday greetings to Jane. On the social media platform X, Janella sweetly told Jane that she will forever be her “Darna.” The celebrity mom also shared a funny edited clip showing Jane.
