Recently, Miss U El Salvador has addressed the now-deleted post and apologized for mixing up the names of the two finalists. They also clarified that they have no “special access” to the results.

Following the said apology, Michelle shared her sentiments over the matter on her Instagram broadcast channel exclusively for her followers.

“There should be no room for error but the reality is that we live in an imperfect world,” she wrote.

The Philippine bet went on to express her kind request to everyone.

“My request is not just to be respectful to the delegates but to the supporters that are so passionate about this platform as well.”

Michelle Marquez Dee is a beauty queen who rose to fame after winning the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 pageant. She represented the Philippines at the 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador. Michelle’s mother is actress and former beauty queen Melanie Marquez.
