Former beauty queen and Los Baños, Laguna Councilor Leren Mae Bautista took to social media and wrote a message to Ricci Rivero.

In a post on Instagram Stories, she shared a clip taken from Gary Valenciano’s recent show. In the short video, the singer was singing his rendition of “How Did You Know.”

Along with the clip, Leren penned an on-screen caption where she told Ricci that he came at the right time in her life.

She also underscored that she and the basketball star don’t have to defend themselves because “God knows the truth.”

“You came at the right time in my life. God knows the truth. We don't have to defend ourselves anymore, ang mahalaga alam natin ang totoo @ricciiirivero,” Leren’s message to Ricci reads.

Born May 25, 1998, Ricci Paolo Uy Rivero, or Ricci Rivero, is a Filipino basketball player who is also an endorser for numerous brands and companies. Recently, Ricci signed a two-year rookie deal with Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He used to be in a relationship with Kapamilya actress, Andrea Brillantes, but the two called it quits, with Ricci confirming their break-up on June 2023.

Ricci tackled his breakup with Andrea in an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.” Among the questions asked of the athlete was about Los Baños Councilor Leren Mae Bautista being dragged into the trending split. The basketball player then debunked the claims that the politician and beauty queen was the reason behind the much-talked-about breakup.

The basketball star’s father believes that the truth will come out soon on which party is telling lies' Furthermore, Paolo opened up on how his entire family got affected by the accusations against Ricci.
