Kylie Verzosa, in a now-deleted Instagram post, reminisced about a dream she pursued exactly seven years ago.

In her post, the actress revealed that at the time, the thing she really wanted was to “represent and make the Philippines proud.”

“This girl once had a dream, exactly 7 years ago. I wanted to represent and make the Philippines proud,” Kylie wrote in the now-deleted IG post.

The actress then indicated the the mere thought of how she pursued her dream still makes her happy, adding she can still recall all the hard work she put in.

“Looking back at it now, it still makes me happy and I remember all the hard work I put in,” she said.
“In an era where there were no glam teams and all, i remember i had to pick up everything dresses, gowns, myself in a cab, just constantly reminding myself everything I go through will pay off in the future,” Kylie narrated in her post.

She then expressed her gratitude to all the people who helped and supported her, and also thanked the Miss International organization for everything she learned from them.

“Wanna thank my mama rommel, aces, my Angels, and my parents for being my support system during this time,” the actress said.
“Till this day, I'm grateful for Miss International and the organization, for instilling in me the values that have led me to where I am today,” Kylie said.

She then gave well-wishes to Nicole Borromeo, the Philippines’ representative to the prestigious pageant this year, expressing confidence in what the latter can do.

“To Nicole, @nicole.borromeo confident in you and wishing you the best, bring it home again,” Kylie said.
