JM De Guzman posted a heartbreaking message on Instagram. He shared screenshots of netizens body-shaming him on social media.

The acclaimed actor replied to the netizens by admitting he was hurt by their comments.

“Masakit kayo magsalita,” JM said.

In the comments section of JM’s post, the actor received support from some of his fellow celebrities. They include Eric “Eruption” Tai, Tim Yap, and John Arcilla. Eruption told JM not to worry about bashers while Tim Yap praised JM’s acting skills. As for John Arcilla, he was shocked by the meanness of some netizens, theorizing that those people might be unhappy in their private lives.

JM de Guzman is a known Kapamilya actor who is also a singer, model, and mixed martial artist. He was known for his TV shows, Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Araw Gabi and Angelito: Batang Ama.

On his Instagram page, not only did he share a selfie of Donnalyn, but he also penned a heartfelt birthday message for her. According to the Kapamilya actor, he hopes to see Donnalyn make more people happy.

Meanwhile, JM de Guzman apologized to his fans for not bagging the trophy at the Asian Academy Creative Awards. On this year's award show, the one who won Best Actor in a Leading Role was Lee Je Hoon of South Korea. In his Instagram account, JM expressed his gratitude to Asian Academy Creative Awards and how happy he was for Korea.
