A Pinay lady allegedly spent around P1.3M for cosmetic enhancements so she would be able to achieve the beautiful look she had always wanted.

In a GMA News report, the Pinay lady, Joylyn Cachin, used to have a look, which she did not really like.

According to Joylyn, she decided to have a cosmetic enhancement because of a not-so-pleasant past experience, which she attributed to her looks before.

In an interview, Joylyn said she believed she wasn’t hired when she applied for a job because of her looks.

“‘Yung mga kasama ko na nag-apply na maganda, natanggap sila eh. Ako hindi ako maganda so alam mo na kung ano ang ibig sabihin nu’n. Madali kasi ang buhay kapag maganda ka in short. Reality ‘yon,” Joylyn said during the interview.

It was because of this that she decided to have a “rhinoplasty,” which is a surgical procedure to change the shape of the nose and make it more attractive.

After the initial cosmetic enhancement, Joylyn admitted she became interested in undergoing other cosmetic enhancements like having dimples, removing her double chin, making her chest bigger, and improving her arms and stomach.

“Nakaka-adik ang pagpaparetoke. Real talk ‘yan,” Joylyn said.

When asked how much did it all cost, Joylyn said that her total cosmetic procedures would already amount to around P1.3M.

Posts, such as photos or videos, that arouse the interest of netizens would often go viral on social media. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people.

One such post was about a student who was taken aback in a hilarious manner upon reading the comment of her mom in the meme she reposted on socmed. Earlier, the student reposted a meme about those who have miserable lives, and on top of the list were college students who were far away from home. In her caption, the said student wrote the humorous caption “parinig pa more sa akin.” Her mom, on seeing her repost and caption, did not take it lightly and wrote in the comments section, apparently in defense of her daughter, asking if the one making the post lives a good life.
