However, according to the report, the fact-finding team of the Office of Transportation Security (OTS) was not convinced.

They said that it was not normal for someone to eat chocolate and to find it really hard to swallow it.

“Hindi naman normal na kumain ng tsokolate, hirap na hirap at tinutulak pa nya ng tubig. Hindi mo kailangan ng tubig. ‘Yun talaga ang paniniwala nila, na hindi yun tsokolate,” OTS administrator Undersecretary Mao Aplasca said.
