Carla Abellana, 37, just found herself in the limelight after she reacted to one of Maxene Magalona's posts about "people pleasers."
On Friday, September 8, the mental health advocate took to her Instagram, @maxenemagalona, to share a quote card about the said topic.
"If you are a recovering people pleaser like me, please swipe this post to read a very important reminder for the protection of your energy and mental health. Protect your energy by only sharing it with those who truly value and appreciate it. P.S. This applies to family as well," she wrote.
In her post, Maxene included a quote card of herself about being the person who never gets the support that they deserve.

"Stop being the friend who always supports others but never ever gets the support you truly deserve," Maxene said.
In the comments section, Carla left several sad, crying emojis, which prompted Maxene to react afterward.
