Anthony "Ka Tunying" Taberna and his wife Rossel Taberna's daughter Zoey recently turned a year older.

The birthday celebrant's family and friends then threw a surprise birthday party for her.

On Instagram, Zoey shared several pictures showing glimpses of the pleasant surprise.

In the caption, Zoey expressed how thankful she was to those who organized the celebration.

Anthony Taberna is a Filipino broadcaster. He is known as Ka Tunying. He is known for being a part of ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda and of Dos Por Dos. Anthony used to be a broadcaster on ABS-CBN but he is now part of the AMBS 2 family.

Ka Tunying, in a social media post, talked about the request of her daughter Zoey while she was in a hospital in Singapore. The broadcaster said that he made the post because of the gloomy weather, which made him reminisce about the sad events that transpired that year. During those times, he was with Zoey as she submitted herself for leukemia treatment.

Earlier, Zoey Taberna, the young daughter of famous broadcaster and news anchor Anthony Taberna, happily shared that she’s now cancer-free. Zoey then took the opportunity to thank everyone who helped and supported her throughout the ordeal.
