Robi Domingo, in a recent post on his Instagram account, revealed that the medicines being administered to his GF, Maiqui Pineda, can affect her vision.

In the same post, he also gave an indication it was because of this that Maiqui underwent an eye examination.

The TV host and actor then expressed gratitude after test results came out showing that Maiqui’s vision was still okay.

“Maiqui recently had her eye check-up (because apparently the meds can affect her vision) but it’s great to know that everything is okay,” Robi said in his post.

To assuage their fans and followers, Maiqui told them not to worry as the patch in her eye was just the result of her recent vision test.

“Don’t worry, the patch was just for an eye test I had to do!! Just did a baseline vision test. We were just having fun after,” Maiqui wrote in the comments section.

Robi Domingo is a Filipino VJ, actor, dancer, and host. He first gained fame as a Pinoy Big Brother contestant, ending up as the first runner-up of the reality competition series. The Kapamilya star used to be in a relationship with Gretchen Ho before getting into a relationship with Maiqui Pineda. He would at times take to IG and post updates on his love life and career.

Last month, the love story of Robi Domingo and his fiancée, Maiqui Pineda, touched the hearts of many after the TV host and actor revealed in a post that his GF has a rare autoimmune disease. It can be recalled that several months before Maiqui was hospitalized, Robi proposed to her and she accepted, though they haven't announced any wedding date yet. After his GF's hospitalization, the TV host and actor admitted that it crossed his mind to postpone the wedding, though his fiancée did not agree to this.

In a separate post, Maiqui took to Instagram to greet Robi on their 5th anniversary. She shared a lovely video of her and Robi, having fun together. She also added a beautiful caption in her post, saying, "As long as I'm with you. Happy five years." It was only recently that Maiqui opened up about her rare autoimmune disease.
