Angelica Panganiban took to social media and penned a lengthy post about breastfeeding.

The actress reflected on her breastfeeding journey as she joined in observing Breastfeeding Awareness Month.

Along with photos showing her breastfeeding her daughter Amila Sabine, Angelica wrote, “Kapag may nagtatanong sakin ano ang pinaka mahirap na stage ng motherhood, mabilis kong nasasagot. BREASTFEEDING.”

“But… ito rin ang pinaka fulfilling sa lahat,” she then underscored.

The celebrity mom also revealed that she almost gave up on breastfeeding after a week of doing it and shared how her fellow mothers have given her strength.

“After a week of breastfeeding, muntik na ko sumuko. Iniisip ko na lang, kung kaya ng iba, kaya ko rin. Kaya naman salamat sa lahat ng ina na naging inspirasyon ko at Lifeline ko. Sa mga panahon na duguan at puyat na puyat na ko. Salamat sa inyo.”

“Masaya akong nakikiisa sa breastfeeding awareness month. Nagmamahal, inang may paltos, inang puyat, inang hawak ng anak ang oras. Pero inang masaya at kilig na kilig sa tuwing hinahanap ng anak,” Angge added.

Angelica Charlson, more popularly known as Angelica Panganiban, is a Pinay actress with an American lineage. She started acting at the age of 6 and first appeared in the TV series, "Love Note."
