Miguel Castro Enriquez, more popularly known as Mike Enriquez, is a multi-awarded Pinoy television and radio newscaster. He was the president of GMA Network’s regional and radio subsidiary, RGMA Network Inc., and was also the Station Manager of Super Radyo DZBB 594 AM. Mike was also a regular anchor on 24 Oras with Mel Tiangco and Vicky Morales.
The veteran broadcast journalist passed away at the age of 71. GMA Network confirmed the news in a statement released Tuesday. As per the media giant, the Kapuso anchor died on August 29. A “24 Oras” report also paid tribute to Enriquez, citing his contributions to the broadcasting industry.
