Heart Evangelista, mananatiling Kapuso; nag-renew ng kontrata sa Sparkle GMA Artist Center

Heart Evangelista looked truly classy when she renewed her contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center, signifying that she remains to be a Kapuso Star.

In a star-studded event at the Residence, at the Westin Manila in Pasig, Heart inked her contract with Sparkle.

She was then given the time to express her thoughts.

The fashion icon was very grateful, to GMA and gave due recognition to Mr. M.

“To GMA, thank you so much for everything. I started out very young with you guys and you were there for me throughout the way,” Heart stated.

“I’m just very grateful that you trust me and you support me with all that I do,” she added.

She got emotional in her message to Mr. M.

“Naiiyak ako...You saw me in a crowd and everybody else here came because you saw me first, so thank you so much.”

Love Marie Payawal Ongpauco-Escudero, more popularly known by her stage name, Heart Evangelista, is a Pinay actress, singer, TV host, endorser, visual media artist, philanthropist, socialite, and also the first lady of Sorsogon province. She was born on February 14, 1985, to a Chinese-Filipino father, restaurant mogul Reynaldo Evangelista Ongpauco, and Bicolana Maria Cecilia del Gallego Payawal.

About two weeks ago, Heart also came under the spotlight due to a viral video of herself singing. On Sunday, August 6, Heart's video dropped on Instagram, earning 1.6m views instantly. In the video, Heart and a friend were spotted covering one of Regine Velasquez's song. Needless to say, netizens were in awe of Heart's singing abilities, as seen in the video.

Previously, she also shared a candid video captured by husband, Chiz Escudero, showing a teary-eyed, makeup-free moment in the morning. Her caption emphasizes normalizing vulnerability and occasional emotional release before sleep. The fashion icon reminded her followers that "perfection is not of this world." She also encouraged her followers not to succumb to societal pressures dictating how a woman should present herself.
