Joey de Leon caught the attention of his followers anew with his latest post on his Instagram account.

His post contains a lovely photo of him with Tito Sotto and Vic Sotto.

A two-layered cake could also be seen in front of the iconic trio, collectively known as TVJ.

The delectable cake has the text “Happy 44” and the number “14344” as the design.

Along with the photo, Joey likewise wrote a cryptic caption.

“You cannot complete and celebrate 44 years without the PAST!” said the “E.A.T.” host.

He further penned, “14344 Dabarkads!”

Born on October 14, 1946, Jose Maria Ramos de Leon Jr., known professionally as Joey de Leon, is an iconic actor, comedian, and television host in the Philippines. He is a member of the comedy trio Tito, Vic and Joey that has made several comedy movies and TV shows. Joey is also best known for being a pioneer host of the longest-running noontime show in the country, “Eat Bulaga.” It premiered on July 30, 1979.

Recently, Joey also posted on Instagram about his noontime show on TV5, “E.A.T.” The famous host promoted some of the segments of the program including ‘Sino ang henyo’ and ‘Sugod Bahay mga Kapatid’. According to Joey, his show, although no longer called ‘Eat Bulaga,’ is still the longest-running noontime show. He added that “E.A.T.” is not the “tolongges noontime show."

His grandson, Jakob, also recently warmed the hearts of netizens. This was after Joey posted a video showing the adorable little boy. In the cute video, Jakob was singing the theme song of “E.A.T.” Netizens then took to the comments section and gushed over the reel. Jakob is the first baby of Jako de Leon and his wife, Gill Salita.
