Jak Roberto, ipinaliwanag kung bakit di kasama si Barbie Forteza sa red carpet ng GMA Gala: “mas may spot”

- Jak Roberto and Barbie Forteza, also known as JakBie, opted to walk solo on the red carpet of this year’s GMA Gala

- The actor’s explanation of the said decision then made the rounds on social media

- In an interview with Nelson Canlas, Jak shared that he and Barbie were also “dateless” during last year’s Gala

- He also said they wanted to put more emphasis on their clothes so they decided to walk the red carpet individually

Jak Roberto had a brief interview with Nelson Canlas at the GMA Gala 2023 last Saturday.

Among the questions that the GMA entertainment reporter asked of Jak was about the latter being “dateless.”

“Jak Roberto, you’re dateless tonight. Why?” Nelson queried.

“Last year din, dateless kami pareho,” the actor answered, referring to him and his girlfriend, Barbie Forteza.

As per Jak, he and Barbie decided to walk solo on the red carpet to put more emphasis on their clothes.

“Talagang solo-solo, nag-usap na kami. Kailangan solo-solo kaming lumakad sa red carpet para mas ma-emphasize 'yung damit, mas makapag-thank you sa designers, mas may spot, kung baga.”

Barbie Forteza is a popular Filipino television actress and model. She has been in the limelight for her beauty and remarkable talent in acting. Her debut came about in GMA’s "Stairway To Heaven," where she acted in the role of young Jodi in 2009. She also appeared in a television drama romance known as "First Time" in 2010. Barbie is currently in a relationship with Jak Roberto.
