Loli Solis took to Instagram and shared her thoughts on the fat ladies that she would often mention in her posts.

According to Manay, so many are curious to know who these fat ladies really are.

She even stated that those dialysis patients, whom she would often meet in her sessions would also like to know these so-called "fat ladies."
