The actress also narrated some things about Baby Deia and why such moments are very important for Iza.

Iza then revealed how a friend told her about the importance of tummy time and that the actress should exercise more patience.

“One day my friend, Chicho, reiterated the importance of tummy time and how it helped with the development of her first born. Tiyaga lang daw,” the actress said.

“Deia was probably around 3 months by then. So I figured I needed to get her on her tummy and do it consistently,” she further said in her post.

Iza then talked in detail about how she would go about with the tummy time of her baby and what she did to help achieve that.

“Slowly, we started doing exercises to help her figure out how to roll over. Putting toys on one side to get her attention there and allow for her to figure out what muscles to use for her to roll over,” she revealed.
“We would come in to assist her a bit once in a while but really wanted her to create body awareness and discover her own strength rather than force her to do any moves,” Iza wrote in her post.

Eventually, her baby, according to the actress, was able to roll over without any assistance from her.

“On June 1st, Deia rolled over unassisted. She was just over 4 months. These are a series of photos and videos taken in June,” Iza narrated in her post.
“Deia tends to roll to the right but is slowly building trust and confidence to roll to the left. Still doesn’t like to do tummy to back but that’s okay, she will figure it out when she’s ready. No rush,” the actress further said.
