Candy Pangilinan recently shared on Instagram a video on how she dealth with the morning sumpong of her son, Quentin.

Quentin can also be seen responding to his mother’s questions while asking questions of his own.
“Sorry for?” Candy was heard asking in the video.

“For my acting of course,” Quentin answered.
“You want mommy to leave the house?” the actress-comedienne asked again, to which Quentin replied “Noooo. No Kends.”
Candy then began coaxing her son so he would listen to her.
“Quentin, listen to mommy. Hindi pwedeng parating ganyang, you have to control your emotions, okay po?” Candy said.
“Bakit ka nag-aano? Gagalit?” Quentin asked.
“Wag na akong magalit?” the actress-comedienne also asked a question in response to Quentin’s query, to which he answered with a thumbs-up sign.
“Look at mom. Quentin, you are a big boy na po, if you cannot express yourself, you tell nalang mom, ‘mom, i don't know’,” Candy gently told her son.
In her post, Candy also wrote a simple caption along with several hashtags.
“Quentin has S (sumpong, sudden triggers, sudden outburst) early morning,” Candy wrote, adding the hashtags #adhd #adhdteenager #autism #ourspeciallove #candyandquentin
Netizens, on the other hand, praised Candy for the way she handled the morning ‘sumpong’ of Quentin.
Many of them wrote their observations as to how difficult it must be for the actress-comedienne.

Candy Pangilinan, is a Filipina film and television actress and comedian. She was born on May 8, 1972. During the early 90s, she starred in supporting roles in romantic comedy films such as “Hindi Magbabago” with Carmina Villaroel in 1994 and 1997, “Dahil Ba Sa Kanya” as a lead role alongside Aga Muhlach, Mikee Cojuangco-Jaworski and Onemig Bondoc and “Sige Subukan Mo” with Ace Vergel and Maricel Soriano. In 2016, Candy won best actress for CineFilipino and Los Angeles International Film Festival for the movie “Star Na Si Van Damme.”
Last month, Candy took to Instagram and shared how her son, Quentin, was able to cross the street on his own. She shared that it was a scary experience for her but it was actually worth it. The mom said that Quentin walked home and crossed the street, albeit she was not able to take a video of the actual crossing. Candy also said that Q used his hands to signal that he was crossing the street.
In a separate and previous post, Candy revealed what she discovered Quentin was doing while his class was ongoing. In her post showing a photo of Quentin putting his index finger across his lips in a gesture of telling someone to keep quiet, Candy wrote her son is now “buking.” According to the actress-comedienne, Quentin’s teacher herself sent the photo showing the lad sleeping while classes were ongoing. When they tried to rouse him from his sleep, Quentin gestured for them to keep quiet.
