Awra Briguela's father has already arrived at the Makati police precinct along with lawyers, who would be handling the case of the actor, as per ABS-CBN's report.

In the video, one could see the grim-faced older Briguela, as he headed toward the "court room."

The comedian was also temporarily brought out of the custodial facility so that he could talk to his father, Oneal.

It can be recalled that Awra was arrested after a brawl outside a bar in Makati.

According to Awra's friends, he was merely defending his friends who were allegedly being harassed.

Awra Briguela, or McNeal Briguela, is a young Filipino comedian and actor. His popularity started when he became part of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano when he was personally chosen for the role by the show's lead actor Coco Martin. He was also the first champion for season one of the Philippine version of Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids. In 2016, Awra's life was featured in a titular episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya.

A video of Mark on a police patrol car has also gone viral on social media. The comedienne's friend has stated that Awra only defended her friends from alleged harassers.
