Ogie Diaz recently got the opportunity to finally meet Isabel Santos, the rumored girlfriend of Kapuso actor John Lloyd Cruz.

In his latest 'Showbiz Update' vlog, KAMI learned that Ogie was one of the people who were present at John Lloyd's birthday party.

According to Ogie, John Lloyd thought he had another scene to shoot, but was surprised to find out it was actually a surprise birthday party.

"Naka-chikahan natin si John Lloyd. Kwarenta na si John Lloyd, kaloka. Ang nakakatuwa, hindi alam ni John Lloyd na obviously, sorpresa yun, hindi niya alam. Akala niya meron pa siyang isang eksena," Ogie recounted.

Eventually, Ogie shared, "So yun na nga, andun si Isabel Santos, yung girlfriend ni John Lloyd," to which Mama Loi asked, "Confirmed?"

"Confirmed talaga yun! Maganda sa personal," Ogie answered in the viral video. Halfway through their discussion, Mama Loi asked how Ogie was introduced to Isabel.

"Parang sira 'tong si John Lloyd. Sabi niya, 'Isabel, Ogie Diaz, dati kong girlfriend,'" Ogie recounted, laughing as he shared the story. "Ang haba ng hair diba?" Ogie even joked.

As previously reported by KAMI, Ogie Diaz took to Twitter and defended his friend Aiko Melendez after the latter was criticized due to a TikTok video. The comedian asked why it is that if there are good projects, it does not go viral. He then asked if there were protocols that were breached or if there was any corruption in the video.

Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz took to IG Stories and expressed dismay over an unnamed individual. Apparently, based on his post, someone was trying to borrow money from him at around 2 AM. He then simply told the person to just sleep as he or she might dream of someone willing to lend him or her money.
