She went on to star in the lead role for the Filipino adaptation of the Mexican telenovela 'Maria Mercedes' which catapulted her into stardom. She is married to actor and television host Luis Manzano, the son of showbiz legends Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano.

Jessy took to social media and showed her postpartum body anew. She posted a mirror selfie where she can be seen flaunting her commendable physique. The actress even tagged her fitness coach and wrote about her progress. The celebrity mom gave birth to her and Luis’ child, Isabella Rose, just last December 28.
