It can be recalled that the video of Aiko, along with fellow elected official, QC SK Federation President Julian Trono, doing some dance moves inside the same hall earlier went viral. Like Aiko, Julian is also an actor and a dancer.

In the more recent dance video of Aiko that the QC District 5 councilor uploaded to TikTok, one can see the actress with three others in the same aisle in the city’s session hall.

The caption on Aiko's video identified her companions as their Majority Floor Leader Dorothy Delarmente, as well as Councilors Chuckie Antonio and Wency Lagumbay.

Like her earlier dance video with Julian, the four-person ensemble was also dancing to the latest dance craze on Tiktok, which is “Touch My Body” by Mariah Carey.

This particular video has already breached the 100K mark in terms of views and has also gained more than 2.5K reacts.

Aiko’s video with Julian has subjected the actress-turned-politician to some bashing online, which prompted her to take to the comments section of her own post to defend her action.

According to Aiko, they made their dance video before the roll call, which was around 30 minutes before the session.

She also emphasized that she knows the ruling and is confident that they did not violate anything.

The actress, also explained in the comments section that they were only celebrating because their measure to approve additional bonuses for employees has finally been calendared.

Aiko is a well-known showbiz personality. She received the Best Supporting Actress award in 2018 for her role in "Rainbow's Sunset." Aiko ran for and won a seat on the Quezon City Council in 2001. She served for nine years until 2010.

Recently, the video of Aiko and Julian showing the Quezon City District 5 councilor and QC SK Federation President doing some dance moves on Tiktok inside the session hall went viral. Both Aiko and Julian are active in showbiz with the former as an actress and the latter as an actor-dancer. The two were dancing to the latest Tiktok dance craze, “Touch My Body” by Mariah Carey. As of writing, their dance video has gained more than 480K views with over 20K reacts.

After perhaps seeing her friend and talent being subjected to bashing, showbiz reporter and talent manager Ogie Diaz took to Twitter to defend Aiko after the latter was criticized due to her TikTok video with Julian. The talent manager asked why is it that if there are good projects, it does not go viral. He then asked if there were protocols that were breached or if there was any corruption in the video.
