On her Instagram page, @ysantos, KAMI learned that the actress posted several photos that were taken at the fitness studio.

Included in the photos was a picture of Yen, who was turned upside down, showcasing her strength and finesse.

Meanwhile, in one of her Instagram posts, Yen also included a picture she took with her fellow gym buddies.

"Happy eating! Join ako next time!" the actress even wrote in the caption of her viral Instagram story.

This is not the first time Yen went viral for her workouts, earlier, the actress's workout video with Coach Flex also gained track on social media.

The said video even earned over a million views on TikTok alone since it was posted on the app.
