Pokwang is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic. She has two daughters, Mae and Malia. Her split with Lee O'Brian has caused a buzz on social media.

In a recent social media post, Pokwang unleashed a “hugot” video that imparts an important statement. The comedienne, however, like so many times before did not indicate whether or not she’s trying to call the attention of anyone or refer to someone with her post. In her recent “hugot” post, one can see a woman talking to the camera and telling everyone that “not everyone staring at you is admiring you.” The speaker then proceeded to indicate that some of those staring are wondering why until now the person they’re watching is still standing.

In another post made by Pokwang, she shared to her followers her plan to sell the beach house they own in Camaya Coast sa Mariveles, Bataan. The comedienne added, however, that it’s only a plan and she’s not sure yet if it will push through, though in her post, she showcased the different sections of their beach house. Mamang also revealed that she plans to look for another property within the Batangas area. The said beach house is the same property that she and Malia often visit and share photos and videos of on social media.
