Luis Manzano shared with his social media followers that he tested positive for COVID-19.

He revealed the news about his health in an Instagram story on Friday, May 5.

The celebrity dad posted a photo of the testing kit he used and it showed a positive result.

This is the first time the actor and TV host contracted the said virus.

Furthermore, Luis reminded everyone to take care as COVID cases in the country are rising again.

“Take care everyone, and be careful!” he wrote in his on-screen caption.

“Tumataas cases, first time tamaan since pandemic,” Luis added.

Luis Manzano is a popular actor and TV host who works for the Kapamilya network. He is the son of showbiz legends Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. He has also starred in a number of movies. The star is now married to actress, product endorser, and model Jessy Mendiola. Luis and Jessy already have a child named Isabella Rose or Baby Peanut.
