Danica is the daughter of 'Eat Bulaga' host Vic Sotto and Dina Bonnevie. She is married to Marc Pingris, and they have two children, Anielle Micaela Pingris and Jean Michael Pingris. In June 2022, Danica announced that she and Marc were expecting their third child.

In a previous report by KAMI, Danica took to Instagram and shared a cute video of the conversation between her husband and their baby.
