Angelica Panganiban recently posted on her Instagram account a bit of advice for all mommies like her.

She reminded momsies to check on themselves too every once in a while despite their hectic schedules.

“Reminder to check on yourself once in a while,” Angge wrote in her post.

The actress also said that this is because mothers like her take care of everyone around them and often have lots of things on their minds.

“Tayong mga momsies, marami na tayong iniisip at inaalagaan,” the actress further wrote.

Angge then said mothers should not forget to also take care of themselves, particularly so that it’s already summer.

“Wag kalimutan ang sarili lalo na at summer naaaaa ,” she said.

The actress also reminded everyone not to get carried away by their routine tasks to the point that they would forget themselves.

“Wag hayaang mahulas ka ng ganun ganun na lang happy monday everyone!!” Angelica said in her post.

Angelica is a famous actress and comedienne in the Philippines with an American lineage. She started acting at the age of 6 and first appeared in the TV series, "Love Note." Aside from her teleseryes and movies, she was also a pioneer cast member of the now-defunct Kapamilya show “Banana Sundae.” She used to date celebrities such as Carlo Aquino and Derek Ramsay. Angge was born on November 4, 1986, in Payatas, Quezon City, Philippines.
