Vhong Navarro, emosyonal sa paglabas ng pabor na desisyon ng SC: "Nabalik tiwala ko sa justice system"

- Vhong Navarro expressed how happy he was when he learned that the SC has junked the cases filed against him

- In a Feb. 8 decision, the Third Division of the Supreme Court ordered the dismissal of the two cases that were filed against the comedian

- In Showtime, Vhong said that he once more believes in the justice system

- He also thanked everyone who supported him and who prayed for him, ending his statement with "God is good"

Vhong Navarro became emotional in It's Showtime when he finally expressed his thoughts and feelings over the decision of the Supreme Court, favoring him, in the cases that were filed against him by Deniece Cornejo.

Holding back the tears, Vhong said that he has been praying every single day, because there were times when he already lost hope while behind bars.

"Alam mo, dasal ako nang dasal, every day, every night, na hopefully eh, makuha ko na yung minimithi ko, na matapos na tong pinagdadaaanan ko kasi may mga panahon na akala ko, nawalan ako ng pag-asa eh, nawalan ako ng hope nung nasa loob ako. Kaya hindi ako tumitigil sa pagdadasal," narrated Vhong.

He then proceeded to thank everyone who supported him and prayed for him.

"Kaya eto na po, dininig na po ng Supreme Court yung dasal natin, at nagkakaroon na po ng maganda yung ginawa nilang pagresolba dun sa kaso po kaya maraming-maraming salamat sa Supreme Court, maraming maraming salamat sa aking legal team na andyan, hindi ako pinabayaan....of course, ABS-CBN dahil hindi ako iniwan, binigyan ako ng trabaho, welcome ako dito sa Showtime..." he said.

Vhong thanked everyone, including the people in ABS-CBN, his family, friends, and everyone else.

He took to Instagram and greeted his wife, Tanya Garcia, on her birthday. He thanked his wife for the love and the patience that she has towards him. The comedian reiterated how much he loves his wife. Vhong then called her as his "Wonder Woman," denoting how strong his wife is.
