She said being grateful means that one never forgets another who helped him or her reach their goals in life.
The veteran showbiz columnist also said it is important to show gratitude no matter how big or small the help is.
“Alam mo ba Salve pinakamagandang ugali sa lahat iyon grateful ka sa mga ginawa sa iyo, no matter how small,” Manay Lolit said.

“Iyon bang hindi nakakalimot sa ginawa sa iyo ng mga tao na pagtulong,” she added.
Manay Lolit then said that showing gratitude to others would aid in ushering in help in times of need.
“Iyon ugali na iyon ang reason kung bakit pagdating ng oras na ikaw naman ang may kailangan, tiyak mo na marami din ang tutulong sa iyo,” the veteran showbiz columnist said.
She then said that it is not possible to stand alone because no man is an island.
“Hindi puwede na isipin mo na ok ka lang mag isa dahil no man is an island. Kahit isang tao lang ang kaibigan mo dapat meron ka. Malaking tulong na may isang kaibigan handang gawin ang lahat para sa iyo,” Manay Lolit said.
The columnist also pointed out that showing gratitude would help strengthen a person.
“Malaking bagay iyon para tumibay ka. Kaya naman treasure your friends. Keep them in your heart. Magkaruon ka ng isang loyal friend para narin may precious gem ka sa tabi mo. Kaya love ko sila Gorgy at Salve because I feel safe with them around me. You have them to help you out, kaya I feel comfortable. They are my precious gems, bongga,” Manay Lolit said.

Lolit said that Nanette is really so sincere and caring and her status in life is really good.
