Lolit Solis lectures Liza Soberano in a viral post; tells actress to be thankful

Lolit Solis, in her latest post on Instagram, lectured Liza Soberano over her controversial statements in a recently posted vlog.

In her online post, KAMI learned that the veteran columnist laughed at stars who, after earning their fame, talked about losing their identity.

Aside from this, the veteran columnist talked about the phrase; "false victim feeling" in her viral post on Instagram.

At the beginning of her post, Lolit aired a few questions about local celebrities and their rise to stardom.

"Nakakatawa mga stars na matapos gumanda ang buhay at kumita ng malaking pera, bigla magsasabi na nawala ang privacy nila, identity. Hindi ba nila alam na katumbas ng malaking pera na kinikita nila, dapat mag-sacrifice sila ng ilang bagay sa sarili nila? Ano iyon, basta na lang babagsak sa kandungan mo ang pera? Bawat pera na darating sa iyo may katapat na bagay," she asked.

On Instagram, Lolit said that even doctors and lawyers are shocked to see how much these celebrities earn daily.

"Nawala privacy mo, dahil naging kapalit iyon ng pera na kinita mo sa showbiz. Wala atang propesyon na singlaki ng ibinabayad ng showbiz ang kikitain mo. Shock nga mga doctors and lawyers na ang kinikita nila sa loob ng isang buwan ay bayad sa isang araw na trabaho ng isang big star. Malaki ang bayad sa isang artista, kaya malaki rin ang sakripisyo na dapat nilang ibigay bilang kapalit," she said.

Lolit continued by telling Liza to "be honest in living your life" and to "just be thankful" for where she is today.

"Funny that you complained about something that gave you the house, car, and all the things you are enjoying in your life now. False victim feeling ang nadarama ngayon ni Liza 'Hope' Soberano. Wake up girl, gumising ka sa katotohanan ng buhay. Be honest in living your life. If you enjoy the aircon in your room, the ride in your car, just be thankful," she said.

By the end of her post, Lolit reprimanded the actress for her controversial remarks in her viral vlog on YouTube.

"Huwag na iyon pa eklay na para kang puppet. Huwag mag-feeling profound o know it all dahil nega iyon. Just enjoy life. With or without Liza 'Hope' Soberano, buhay parin mga taga-showbiz. Ikaw ang may utang sa showbiz, at walang dapat tanawin na utang na loob sa iyo ang showbiz," she said.
