Carlo Aquino, in his latest post, paid tribute to Vilma Santos, the 'Star for All Seasons' on her 60th year in the showbiz industry.

On his Instagram page, KAMI learned that the actor uploaded some wonderful photos he took with the veteran actress.

He then recalled how his first taping day for the 1998 film, Bata, Bata Paano Ka Ginawa? transpired with Vilma.

According to Carlo, Vilma arrived on set with her "artista van" before Director Chito S. Roño introduced her to him.

"Happy 60th anniv sa nagiisang Vilma Santos Recto. First day of shoot ko sa Bata bata. Dumating ka sa set na naka artista van. Pinakilala ka samin ni direk Chito tapos lumapit ka sakin," he began.

The actor fondly recalled Vilma telling him that she will be his mother for the film and if he would like such setup.

"Sabi mo, I'll be your mom for this film, would you like that?' Halos matanggal ulo ko sa pagtango. Salamat sa pagtanggap sa akin bilang si Ojie. Kahit matagal na nagawa ang pelikula natin ganun pa rin ang pagmamahal mo sakin. Salamat sa mahigpit na yakap pagkatapos ng bawat eksena. At higit sa lahat salamat sa 'akala mo lang wala.' Sana makatrabaho kita ulit. Love you mommy Vi," he wrote.
